It took place on Monday evening. I was very anxious, but I drew strength from the fact that I already had experience with remote group classes, even though it had been a long time.
It went well. Our teacher is very energetic and she pushes us to interact frequently—too much for my liking, of course! Our class consists of seven people from all over the world: Mexico, Germany, China, and even France! The first class was mainly devoted to introductions. I have another one tonight, and I hope it goes well and that I’ll be more relaxed.
I have an assignment I would like to share with you. The goal is to choose a word and then answer the question using at least three sentences. I chose the question about energy: what do you do when your energy level suddenly drops?
I replied that, in that case, I was slowing down my pace and focusing more on myself. In practice, I limit my travel as much as possible and go to bed earlier to get more sleep. I also mentioned taking dietary supplements daily, aiming to get back in shape quickly.
